Robinson, lost his life arose out of and in the course of decedents employment by respondents, Lynn L. Krause, Thomas A. Allen, and Douglas Allen, co-partners doing business as Allendale Development Company. On review the Industrial Commission affirmed. On certiorari the circuit court of Kane County confirmed and petitioner appealed (87 Ill.2d R. 302(a)).
